When I turned "can't" in "can"...

As some of you may know I struggle with & anxiety & have for years now.

My Experience with Anxiety

My #GirlsCan moment wasn't one particular moment, but is everyday. If you also struggle with anxiety, you know each day is a hurdle. Everyday that I wake up and go through my day without having a panic attack or worrying about something I turn "can't" into "can".  Just having the confidence and courage to go to school, go to work & post videos empowers me to believe I can do anything.
